We abound with musical enthusiasm and the quality is improving each week. We have Alex, Dom, Joe and Chris, on guitar. George on bass guitar is our music leader and organises the songs that we will attempt and keeps the hour long practices together, which includes praying each time. Tim and John are both excellent on the drums, Tansy is on Violin (unbelievable!), piano (terrific), spoons (as yet unheard), and probably loads of other things, oh and she sings in tune. Beth can play anything on the piano (and the double bass apparently). Charlotte and Zoë play violin and piano, (in secret apparently), but they prefer to provide the vocals along with Matt, Harry, John and everyone else. Jared regularly comes from Shepton and provides order with his guitar. Its noisy, fun, enthusiastic, and very definitely worship, and its starting to sound good too! Words are projected via Power Point on to a wall, and we try to sing along.

If you fancy something from this side of the pond try www.crossrhythms.co.uk I think this comes from Stoke on Trent. Did you know that until very recently it was illegal to broadcast Christian music in the UK? However, no problem in Iraq. The Internet has blown a hole in all of that though, and you can now listen to KLove with John and Sherry Rivers from Texas everyday, (my personal favourites but there is no accounting for taste!)
